BTR's Office Changes in Response to COVID-19

Coronavirus(3/16/2020) Given the recent developments surrounding the spread of COVID-19 we want to assure you that we are taking every step possible to ensure the health and safety of our customers,  employees, families, and friends. We are closely monitoring developments and are adhering to all Center for Disease Control (CDC) protocols. 

For the next 30 days we will require that our employees minimize meeting time with our clients. We understand that this may create some inconvenience during the tax filing season, however, your safety and the safety of our employees and their families are critical to us.

If your tax return has not been filed yet, we wanted to let you know that all communication with us will be done over the phone or email for the next 30 days. You will not be able to pick up a copy of your tax return in person for the next 30 days. We will work with you to either mail or email you a copy.  

If there is additional information you would like to provide to us, we request that you mail or email it to us.

We will continue to keep you updated on any further changes.

These are challenging times but we want you to know that we stand ready to help however we can!
